ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.22839 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected, through Letter No.035494/G.15/G.151/2023 dated 12.08.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
