The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act in Crime No.581 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 20.11.2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.31711 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petitioner is not only illegally quarried 1⁄4 unit of sand, but also involved in damaging ecology and water body, if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner he will indulge in similar activities, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions."
3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.02.2026 kmm 2/4
