(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General states that in respect of the subject matter of issuance of Scheduled Caste Community Certificate, a batch of case was filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP Diary No.26970 of 2024 and the same is still pending. However, he would state that since the petitioner's children wanted to pursue their higher studies, community certificate will be issued to the petitioner's children today itself, however, subject to the outcome of the result in the above SLP.
