O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 303(2), 318(3) of BNS r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals 1/4

(Development and Regulation) Act in Cr.No.664 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 04.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33220 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition for the following reasons:

" ..... Considering the fact that the petitioner was involved in illegally quarrying sand from the lake and also damage the water body. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and if the petitioner is granted bail, he will involve in similar activities. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed ".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.02.2026 Vv 2/4
