The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 85 of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.103 of 2026 and the same has been closed.
