Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to revaluate the answer sheet pertaining to the petitioner in enrollment No.1603045 for the written examination conducted on 25.8.2019. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks revaluation of the answer sheet pertaining to the written examination conducted by the third respondent Board on 25.8.2019.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General has drawn the attention of this Court to the paragraph 8 in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is having alternative remedy to see the OMR answer sheet through RTI Act. Without availing the said remedy, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is unsustainable.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly agreed to the contention made in the counter affidavit and seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned seeking OMR answer sheet through RTI Act.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned seeking OMR answer sheet through RTI Act. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
