Comp.A.No.62 of 2022 Comp.A.No.62 of 2022 in C.P.No.103 of 1993 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application was filed to invite claim and for other reliefs as stated in the application.
2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that this Court vide order dated 10.12.1999, wound up the company and appointed him as a provisional liquidator of the company to take charge of all the assets and liability of the company. Now the present application has been filed to invite the claims from the secured and unsecured creditors. Further it was submitted by the learned Official Liquidator that there is no funds available with the Company.
3. By virtue of this application, the learned Official Liquidator seeks a direction against the respondent to bear his expenses in inviting the claims and other expenses.
4. Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that they would bear the expenses of the learned Official Liquidator with regard to the expenses in inviting the claims, advertisements, etc.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Official Liquidator and the learned counsel appearing for the Bank, this Court ordered this application as prayed for.
6. In the event of expenses in inviting the claims, etc., the learned Official Liquidator is directed to send all the relevant invoices and in such case, the respondent shall reimburse the expenses within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the same.
