This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed by Order in Crl.O.P.No.29027 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
