ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to FIR No.6 of 2014 dated 3.2.2014 now pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, W.8, All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam, Anna Nagar, and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, tainted with mala fides, without jurisdiction and ultra vires. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in FIR No.6 of 2014, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1449 of 2016.
3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in FIR No.6 of 2014, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
