ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2015, investigate the same and file a Final Report in accordance with Law, she has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the first respondent police on 8.4.2015 and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent for investigation and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 8.4.2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall also cooperate in the enquiry conducted by the 2nd respondent.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
