These applications have been filed to declare the applicant Abhishek Kumar as a major; to discharge the applicant viz., Uma Maheswari as the guardian of Abhishek Kumar in the above TOS.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file an amended copy of the plaint on or before 02.06.2023.
