ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2024 to promote/appoint him as a Clerk in the second respondent's Society in implementing the second respondent's Board Resolution dated 12.10.2022 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2024 based on the second respondent's Board Resolution dated 12.10.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
