2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that since the order requires to be drafted and issued to the parties, cause title is required and as per the directions of the Court since no corrections are to be made in the uploaded order by the Registry, necessary directions may be issued for including cause title in the order dated 25.03.2025, so as to enable the Registry to issue order copy to the parties.

3. Considering the aforesaid stand of the Registry, this Court directs the Registry to incorporate the cause title in the order dated 25.03.2025 and issue fresh copy to the parties.

This petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 12.07.2018 in W.P.No.16417 of 2007, restore the writ petition to the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the W.P.No.16417 of 2007 is restored to file.
