The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and final order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority (IX Judge), Court of Small Causes, Chennai in R.C.A.No.370 of http://www.judis.nic.in

arb 2014 and reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 05.06.2014 passed by the Rent Controller (XI Judge), Court of Small Causes, Chennai in R.C.O.P.No.697 of 2012, directed the respondent to vacate and deliver the vacant possession of the petition premises.

2. The respondent has filed an affidavit undertaking to vacate the suit premises and hand over the vacant possession on or before 01.04.2020.
