This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28775 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
