ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 20.03.2015 and consequently to file a final report thereon. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 20.03.2015, it is seen that the dispute essentially arose between the tenant and the landlord, which cannot be investigated by the Police. If the opposite party commits any offence, then it is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
