Mr. Annai Ezhil, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the Respondents.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, submits that enquiry in the appeal dated 21.12.2016 filed by the Petitioner, has been fixed at 11.00 a.m. on 17.03.2020 before the First Respondent and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner for the same.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The First Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After affording full 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.06.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
