ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the 1st respondent to execute the warrant dated 10.06.2022 made in CC.No.793 of 2016 issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II Chennai against the 2nd respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is reported that, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid to the petitioner by the respondent, as per the Order of this Court on 13.06.2023.

3. In view of the payment, this Court is of the view that, prayer for executing the warrant deed dated 10.06.2022 becomes not necessary. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 23.06.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order gd
