The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1)(X) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, seeks a direction to the learned Sessions Judge [Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under Schedule Caste and

Schedule Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989], Villupuram to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.552 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge [Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989], Villupuram, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge [Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989], Villupuram to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
