ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction directing the 2nd respondent herein to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is an essential dispute between the sister and brother with regard to property. In the complaint, it is stated that the petitioner was assaulted by the opposite party. No wound certificate has been enclosed. It is represented that the complaint has been sent by post to the respondent-Police and no action taken. If the petitioner submits a copy of the complaint dated 21.04.2015 to the respondent-Police in person, together with the wound certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
