SRIRAM Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.EMALIAS, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf and of the Respondent, M/S.M.SIVAKUMAR Advocate for the Intervener, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the de facto complainant are present. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in Mumbai and are being unnecessarily harassed by the respondent police based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, under the guise of enquiry. In the mean while, since the conciliation proceedings are going to commence on 18.04.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek appropriate direction.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioners. Post on 05.06.2017.
