ORDER
The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The mediation report, dated 13.06.2025 has also been filed which confirms that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Before the Mediation Centre, a Joint Compromise Memo was filed by the parties to the dispute and signed by the respective parties which was recorded by the Mediation Centre.
2. In terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 13.06.2025 filed by the parties to the dispute before the Mediation Centre, this petition is disposed of. The Memorandum of Compromise, dated 13.06.2025 filed before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court shall form part of this order.
