The petitioners having been suffered with the order passed by the 4th respondent Revenue Divisional Officer dated 10.09.2020 preferred separate revisions before the 3rd respondent District Revenue Officer on 08.10.2020. Both these revisions filed by the respective petitioners have not yet been disposed of by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, in order to decide the said revisions pending before the 3rd respondent within a time frame on merits and in accordance with law, the petitioners have moved the present writ petitions respectively.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2 / 5

Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, the said revisions filed before the 3rd respondent as against the order of the 4th respondent would be decided on merits and in accordance with law by giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners and rival parties, if any, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the 3rd respondent herein to decide the respective revisions filed by the petitioners before the 3rd respondent on 08.10.2020 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as the rival claimants if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
