This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1271 of 2023 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani.

4. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani to act upon the final report within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If

ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it will be left open to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
