This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.381 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.381 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
