When the case was listed for hearing on 09.10.2018, this Court directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the cause list and the matter was directed to be listed on 25.10.2018. On 25.10.2018, also there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.11.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the civil revision petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
