ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.94 of 2015 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC and the same is not taken on file.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the learned concerned Judicial Magistrate is directed to take the charge sheet on file and proceed in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
