ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to schedule Written Competitive Examination for Direct Recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Directors - Grade I for Higher Secondary Schools for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15 in such a manner as to conduct on a particular day the Examination for one subject alone so that the examination for each subject shall be held on a separate day. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
