For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 10.10.2025 passed in W.P.No.4408 of 2025, this contempt petition is filed.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the instructions given by the Tahsildar, Avinashi, in Na.Ka.No.801/2025/A6 dated 04.03.2026, wherein, it has been stated that after following due process of law, the respondent has removed the encroachment made in the subject property.

3. In the light of the above, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 06.03.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ssb
