O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.20551 of 2025 passed by the Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has been passed by the different Authority.

4. This Court is of the view that there is sufficient compliance of the directions of this Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Petition. If the petitioner has got any grievance in respect of the order passed by the Authority, he is at liberty to challenge the same. 2/4
