O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to modify the wrong entry of the names of respondents 3 to 5 patta No.4918 in respect of property S.No.236/2 measuring to an extent of 0.49 cents, situated at Nallakanakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a stipulated period based on the representation dated 19.01.2023.

In respect of the property in S.No.236/2 measuring to an extent of 0.49 cents, situated at Nallakanakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, it is the grievance of the petitioner that joint patta should be issued in the name of the petitioner and the private respondents. Therefore, in order to rectify the patta already issued and issue proper patta, the petitioner had made a representation on 19.01.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2, and in order to consider the same the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 / 4
2. In view of the order that is going to be passed, notice to the private respondents is hereby dispensed with.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the said representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2023 would be considered by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar and after giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents, necessary orders would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 19.01.2023 submitted by the petitioner, and after giving an opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as private respondents, pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
