ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.47 of 2022 is before this Court.

2. The F.I.R., indicates that three persons were caught red handed while stealing the coconut in the farm and loading it in the mini lorry Mahendra Centro vehicle bearing Regn. No.TN 60 AB 6529. The villagers have caught the accused red handed and handed over all the three persons to the police. From the statement of the accused arrested by the police, the Investigating Officer has come to know that this petitioner has organised and arranged the other three persons to steal the coconut from the defacto complainant's farm. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since it appears that the investigation is still pending and so far the petitioner has actively engaged the other accused to steal coconut from the defacto complainant farm, this Court finds that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
