The Official Liquidator has filed this application under Section 446

(2) and 460(4) of the Companies Act 1956 to direct the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.15,480/- along with interest @ 18% Per Annum from 29.06.2013 till the date of settlement thereof and for payment of the cost of the application from the fund of the company in liquidation. At the last hearing, the Official Liquidator was directed to verify and ascertain the correct address of the respondent and issue fresh notice to the respondent.

2. At the hearing today, the Deputy Official Liquidator reported that upon verification in the Company Master Data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, it is seen that the company has been struck off from the Register of Companies.

3. In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in this application.
