JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order in WP.No.12539 of 2024, dated 30.04.2025.
2. Taking note of the fact that Additional Commissioner of Labour was dealing with the dispute, the Writ Court directed the Additional Commissioner of Labour to dispose of the approval application filed by the Management, if it was not disposed of.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that, as of today approval application is not pending.
4. If at all, approval application is pending, Writ Court has directed the authority to dispose of the approval application. Therefore, the impugned order would not cause any prejudice to the appellant herein. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
