(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a review petition seeking review of the order passed in W.P. No.37835 of 2015 and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"May be permitted the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a review petition in W.P. No.37835 of 2015."
