Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider her representations dated 04.04.2017 & 04.09.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for inclusion of her name in the Patta No.776 for the property situated in S.No.486/4 Sentharapatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representations have not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.04.2017 & 04.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
