ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue, namely, Supriya, daughter of R.Mohan, aged 19 years, seeks production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 as also learned counsel for third respondent.

3. Petitioner is present along with his mother. Petitioner sought production of the detenue viz., Supriya, daughter of third respondent, whom he informs of having married. Today, the detenue viz., Supriya as also her mother namely Sujatha/wife of third respondent R.Mohan, are present before this Court. Supriya informs that she indeed has married the petitioner, but as she is suffering from Jaundice, she would join him after recovery therefrom. Petitioner and the detenue viz., Supriya have also conversed in person in this Court. The position as informed by Supriya stands informed to her mother.

4. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
