This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the following: (a) in the prayer column as well as in the first paragraph of the order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Crl.R.C.No.1129 of 2019 and wherever CC.No.151 of 2008 occurs, it shall be amended as C.C.No.39 of 2013. (b) in paragraph 3 of the aforesaid order, C.C.No.39 of 2003 shall be amended as C.C.No.39 of 2013; and Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2019 shall be amended as Crl.M.P.No.145 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid Criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 09.09.2019 made in Crl.MP.No.145 of 2019 in CC No.39 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases-II, Periamet, Chennai-3. The said criminal revision was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 06.11.2019, wherein, certain typographical errors were crept-in in the prayer portion and paragraph nos.1 and 3 as regards the crime number, CC number and Crl.MP. number. According to him, the crime number of the case is Cr.No.151 of 2008 on the file of the first respondent; the CC number being CC No.39 of 2013; and Crl.MP number is Crl.MP.No.145 of 2019. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to all the parties, after carrying out the necessary amendment in the order dated 06.11.2019 passed in the aforesaid Crl.RC.No.1129 of 2019. 24.02.2020 av Note: Issue order copy on 02.03.2020.
