Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Driver based on his seniority in Sl.No.5153-A of state-wide seniority list of Plot Watchers/Social Forest Workers and regularize his service as driver on bar with his juniors were promoted from date on which and pay monetary and other notional benefits within stipulated time.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Driver https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

based on his seniority in Sl.No.5153-A of state-wide seniority list of Plot Watchers/Social Forest Workers and regularize his service as driver on par with petitioner's juniors and pay monetary and other notional benefits within stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was appointed as Driver from the post of Plot Watcher/Social Forest Worker. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner set out in this writ petition has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
