This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8990 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10018 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8990 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10018 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
