Mr.U.Venkatesan TNTEU C O M M O N O R D E R Petitioners/Institutions are before this Court, challenging the impugned orders dated 07.12.2017 passed by the 1st Respondent and for a consequential direction to the Respondents seeking grant of recognition of New B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. Courses.

The grievance of the Petitioner/Institutions is that their respective applications seeking recognition of B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. Courses have been rejected by the 1st Respondent due to delay in payment of online processing fee. According to the Petitioner/Institutions, they have paid requisite fees via online, within the cut-off time and that the Receipt application clearly shows that the date of submission of applications as 30.06.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent in both the Writ Petitions submitted that there was delay in remitting the amount due to server error and that the amount remitted by the Petitioner/Institutions towards online processing fee has already been refunded to them. He further submitted that the session with regard to the academic years 2017-2018 and 20182019 is already over. 4.

In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required in these matters. Hence, the Writ Petitions are closed.

It is needless to mention that the Petitioner/Institutions are otherwise eligible for making a fresh application seeking recognition of the aforesaid Courses,

in the forthcoming academic years. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.7889 and 7890 of 2018 in W.P.No.6338 of 2018 and W.M.P.Nos.9456 and 9457 of 2018 in W.P.No.7572 of 2018 are closed.
