This writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.2.2021.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent police are directed to not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
