This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent,on instructions, submitted that both the parties have entered into a memorandum of compromise in respect of the dispute between them and they have given a statement before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Udumalpet to that effect. The said submission is fairly admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
