A.No.763 of 2021 in C.S.No.52 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, The application has been filed seeking permission to amend the Judges Summons of Application No.531 of 2021 to include the schedule of the property in the Judges Summons.

2.Application No.531 of 2021 had been filed by the plaintiff seeking a prohibitory order against the Garnishees from paying any amount to the respondents 1 and 2. It is stated that inadvertently the Schedule had not been mentioned in the Judges Summons and realising the same, the present application has been filed. 3.A perusal of Records, shows that the Schedule includes details of bank accounts in Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and Vijaya Bank.

4.In the affidavit filed in support of the present application, it is stated that details of the saving banks and fixed deposits had been omitted to be mentioned in the Judges Summons in application No.531 of 2021.

C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J, tta 5.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit. It is a fact that the said bank details are required. 6.Accordingly, the application is allowed.

7.Registry may carryout the necessary amendment in the Judes Summons in application No.531 of 2021. The learned counsel for the applicant may file an amended copy in Court.
