ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to commence prosecution as against the fourth respondent with regard to document no.1 of 2011 as contemplated under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021.

2.The Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, now requires the Sub-Registrar, the third respondent herein to hold an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2021 after giving due notice to all the parties and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing fixing a date within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the same within a period of sixteen

(16) weeks thereafter.
