The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 21.03.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for certain benefit under the Samadhan Scheme introduced by the Government through proceedings dated 29.12.2017.

3. Whether the petitioner is entitled to get any benefit or not, under such scheme is for the first respondent to consider and decide. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 21.03.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
