Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.555/B1/2021, dated 26.04.2021, and quash the same in so far the rejection of prayer portion is concern and consequently, direct the third respondent to cancel the Sale Deeds dated 14.02.2019 in Doc.No.284/2019 and Doc.No.285/2019 registered at the office of Sub-Registrar Joint No.1, Kallakurichi, Kallakurichi District, comprised in S.No.258/1 and S.No.258/15, situated at Thenkeeranoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District based on the findings of the enquiry.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
