18.02.2023 between 07.00 a.m., to 06.00 p.m., pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2023.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that permission was sought to be conduct the festival in the year 2023 and now, nothing survives and the matter has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
