C O M M O N O R D E R Both the Civil Revision Petitions are arising out of the same suit in O.S.No.1900 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main suit in O.S.No.1900 of 2014, on the file of the III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, itself dismissed for default on 18.11.2019. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to restore the Civil Revision Petitions, after restoring the main suit on the file of the III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
