COMMON ORDER When the cases came up for hearing on 27.10.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, these cases were directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 01.11.2021. Accordingly, these cases were listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'. Even today (01.11.2021), when the cases are called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders passed by the Trial Court in I.A.Nos.9559 and 9560 of 2017 have already been complied with by depositing the costs imposed, before the Trial Court. To that effect, two memos dated 27.10.2021 and 01.11.2021 were filed by the respondents before this Court.

3. Since the orders passed by the learned Trial Judge are complied with by the respondents herein, there is no merit in these Civil Revision Petitions.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
